Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Reporting to the CEO of Children’s Minnesota, the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) will provide enterprise-wide operational leadership across clinical service line execution, ambulatory services, inpatient operations, perioperative services, nursing strategy and operations, clinical support, child and family services, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy and facilities management.

This is a pivotal role for Children’s Minnesota. The COO will develop and implement systems and processes that advance Children’s Minnesota goals of improving the health of children across the Twin Cities and beyond, enhancing the care experience, growing through partnerships and delivering value.

As a key member of Children’s Minnesota executive leadership team, the COO will actively contribute to the development of strategy while driving execution and operational accountability across the organization. This leadership position requires an accomplished operator who builds trust easily across multiple constituencies, brings a track record of leading transformational change in complex environments, and appreciates the unique needs and mission of a growing, dynamic children’s enterprise.
