Hospital Nurse Supervisor

The Hospital Nursing Supervisor (HNS) plays a vital leadership role within Children’s Minnesota’s Care Traffic Control Center (CTCC), helping ensure seamless operations across the organization’s hospital campuses. Serving as a central coordinator for patient flow, staffing resources, and operational decision-making, the HNS collaborates closely with nursing leaders, charge nurses, and resource management teams to maintain safe, efficient, and family-centered care. Acting as both a clinical resource and administrative liaison, the HNS leads through complex situations, supports staff and families, facilitates patient placement and admissions, and helps resolve operational challenges in real time. This unique role combines strategic oversight, clinical expertise, and collaborative leadership to support one of the nation’s largest pediatric health systems in its mission to always put kids first.
